Who we are

This guide is operated by CofJC Inc., the team behind Bag2Gate. Bag2Gate provides Osaka luggage storage and delivery to Kansai International Airport. That commercial relationship is disclosed wherever we recommend the service.

This is an independent travel guide. It is not an official JR or NAVITIME website. Railway bookings and luggage-service bookings take place on the providers' own websites.

How we choose information

• Reported incidents are dated and attributed. Practical scenarios are distinguished from verified reports.
• Storage illustrations are simplified concepts, not photographs or measured models of a train.
• Seat availability is kept separate from luggage storage availability.
