Storage counts the Osaka arrival day and the airport dispatch day. Transit days after dispatch are excluded.
Keep your passport, medication and travel essentials with you. Free cancellation is available until 23:59 JST on the day before you send the luggage to Osaka. A few final checks
Before you go.
Does a quiet train guarantee luggage space?
No. Check storage and any required seat reservation separately. Seat availability is not a luggage-space measurement.
Can I use a reserved area with a small suitcase?
Only with the corresponding seat booking. An apparently empty reserved area does not give other passengers permission to use it.
What if another bag occupies my reserved area?
Keep your booking details ready and ask onboard staff for help. Do not move unattended luggage yourself.
